3. DIW stands for Dubai International Workshops
The Dubai International Workshops (DIW) have two programmes:
(I) The International Best-practices Training Workshops consist of 17 individual Best Practice Workshops, which are ran yearly.
The Best-Practices Training Workshops are designed to cover key roles, functions and sectors so that the impact of the training can easily benefit a critical mass of society.
Each best practice workshop is a one week programme.
(II) Management 5.0 Education and Training Program. This is run four times each year on quarterly basis. It seeks to develop Five-Star Leaders, Total Best-practice Managers, World-Class Entrepreneurs and How to Achieve More and Better with Less. Each management 5.0 workshop is a one week programme.
(III) You will discover new ways of Working and Doing Things. Only Organisations and Executives who are willing to drop the old ways of working will succeed in the dramatically changing world that we now live in.

Preparation for the exams is by self-tuition supported by virtual workshops and the following materials in hard copies, e-copies, and audio-copies.
